We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their marketing. The content of your sessions is protected by contractual confidentiality and is never published in an identifiable form.
Only with providers necessary to operate (email platform, payment processor, scheduling, video calls and cloud storage), acting as processors. Some may process data outside your country, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Mailing-list emails: until you unsubscribe (link in every email). Contractual and tax data: for the legally required period. Session recordings and transcripts: 12 months after final delivery, then deleted — or earlier at your request.
Under the UK GDPR (and the Brazilian LGPD where applicable), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent by writing to sandrovitta@rio-books.com. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or the ANPD (Brazil).
Our services and lists are intended for people aged 18 or over.
